SIDDOS-mini 2 is designed for operational monitoring of the state of rod deep-pumping units (SHGNU).
- Provides control of load changes by the indirect method of changing the diameter of the rod and movement control using an accelerometer.
- The measurement results with the dynamogram graph are displayed on the built-in graphical indicator.
- Electronic registration in the protocol of identifiers and results of the study in the protocol, including: well numbers, bush numbers, time and date of the study, swing rate, suspension stroke length, etc.
- The dynamogram graph and protocol can be transferred to the visualizer "BVK - 03" ("BVK - 04") or to a computer. The BVK or computer program provides collection, visualization and preparation of reports.
- Level measurement at zero overpressure and vacuum.
- Automated control of the entire set of studies is provided: a single dynamogram, a dynamogram with lines of static loads, multiple monitoring of repeated dynamograms, monitoring of leakage manifestations.
- Simplified launch of research at the touch of a button.
- Manual and automatic selection of the duration of monitoring dynamograms and leaks. Graphs of dynamograms with research protocols are displayed on a graphical indicator.
- Viewing all accumulated research results on a graphical indicator.
- The results of the research can be transferred to a computer database of measurements.
